Taken from forthcoming six-track EP, 'Niccolo's Dead', new Subculture Sage single 'Same Old Thing' sees the duo flex their grime muscles to the fullest for the first time. The beat, inspired by beat-maker Subculture Sounds' distaste for 'musical expectations' and 'nuanced details of musical genres', forms a twist on classic grime tropes, laced with swirling, Eastern-inspired melodies.
