Electronic Elements (Armada)
French producer Arnaud Caschera likes to keep it fresh. Though the title to this slick track refers to the past, Da Fresh continues to experiment with several styles. Even though 'Yesterday' is a refreshing conflict of sounds, he still manages to find harmony between minimal clicks, trancy synths, almost hidden guitar and techy beats. The result is a contagious, effective track too hard to define, but bound together by the electronic elements it carries. The 'Yesterday' package comes with two remixes. A Greg Cerronne remix with an infectious prog-house approach, and an even more energetic and housy Zoo Brasil remix fit for the dancefloors.
