Dirtyphonics continues to pump the bass-driven electro beats with the release of a diverse 4-track remix compilation of their most recent EP, "Write Your Future." Preserving Dirtyphonics' iconic bass driven / drum and bass sound, the remixers prove that genres truly have no boundaries by adding their own touch to each of the original tracks. FuntCase amplifies the punk rock guitar riffs and angsty drumline of "Power Now" by adding wild build-ups that break down into heavy, hard-hitting dubstep. Habstrakt gives "Hustle Hard" the future bass treatment, adding a distinctive 4/4 twist to the original trap banger. High Maintenance makes full use of the powerful female vocals in "Free Fall" but converts the original's dubstep drops into a vision of perfect drum and bass. Finally, Infuze concludes the EP with a future bass rendition of "Since You've Been Gone," slowing the original's drum and bass tempo with anthemic synths and heavy drums.
