Does Matter, a Bay Area Rapper, with his brand new release called WEST TOAST, which is a dual disc album which covers all styles of Rap and Hip-Hop brings a very original style to this genre. Some say that he has a style similar to Beck with his laid back vocals and matter of fact style, but with more of a street culture to it.
