Hip Dozer
This EP, as with most of his releases, is a research in grooves and vibes, accidentally influenced by his own feelings at the time of making. Making beats has been like this from the start for Kuranes, always trying to convey a mood into a wordless, minimal and short audioscape. If he had to decide just one feeling that dominates most of his discography he would say it is nostalgia. Lorenzo is a beatmaker from Italy, releasing music for years now with his Kuranes project, mostly hip hop and chilled out beats. Main inspirations are MF Doom, Pete Rock and other classic Hip Hop beatmakers paired with instrumental music from a variety of other genres, from movie OSTs to Videogame music, from psychedelic rock to ambient.
