A mid 90's hip-hop entourage consisting of some CT and NY natives; Ace Da Nasty Shadow AKA Ace Brown, E=MC2, Mr. Oz., 40th Street Douglas, Davie D Da Dutch, Broadway Dolla Aka M.O and Nasty Niz to name a few. The group formulated in around 1993 with great intentions to bring the art of hip-hop to new heights. The MADD TRIFE Clique contained ten members all of which brought their craft to the table. Anywhere from music beat production, songwriting and storytelling wordsmith's this group had been a force to be reckoned with. Introduced to the gritty sounds that the 90's had to offer MADD TRIFE followed suit but of course bringing their own style of lyricism. What made this group so unique is that each member came with great imagination along with real life topics, that of which was told on grimy hip-hop tracks produced by members of the team. Alongside this entourage stood a music guru named Tom Ransom who mentored the group through recording, music production and also spoke insight on the music business. After a couple years of recording MADD TRIFE began to put the finishing touches on the project entitled The Narcotic. This project was set to release one of hip-hop's most dangerous and innovative rap groups amongst others.
