Tropical Underground
Stomach Discomfort is the debut release of the Brazilian producer Halley Seidel on Tropical Underground. Halley is Putz Records' label owner and considered one of the main underground pioneers in his home country. There was no better way of starting off than being supported with remixes by the heavyweight legends Woody McBride, Jesse Saunders; the label co-owner Marcelo K2 and the fresh blood from Argentina, Barech. The relase also features the bonus track "Erinnerungen aus der Vergangenheit", as the cherry on top of the cake. Two monster legends have joined the Tropical Underground clan... Woody McBride aka DJ ESP is the legendary techno, acid house, deep house and trip house producer, promoter, label owner, philosopher and DJ that has been expanding minds since 1992. With releases on Richie Hawtin's Plus 8, Josh Wink's Ovum, Dave Clarke's White Noise, his own Communiqué imprint and countless 100's of other amazing digital and vinyl tracks. Jesse Saunders (born March 10, 1962 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American DJ, record producer, film producer and entrepreneur. He is one of the pioneers of house music, often cited as "The Originator of House music" by critics and historians. His 1984 single, "On & On", co-written with Vince Lawrence, was first record with a house DJ as the artist that was pressed and sold to the public.
