Showcasing his PhD certified lyricism (for real!) that has stunned the likes of Loyle Carner and Dave, the aptly-titled "Flow (H2O)" sees Tommy effortlessly switch between intricate raps and a smoothly sung hook. Tommy's catchy yet conscious comeback single is produced by soulful beat-maker DJ Agent M and is taken from the hip-hop album "Antifragile" (an ambitious adaptation of his debut book) due November 2019. Hailing from a family of artists, innovation, imagination and industry are embedded in Tommy Evans' DNA. As a pioneering UK hip hop musician, Tommy has appeared on over forty releases; managed the influential YNR record label (alongside Jehst); collaborated with multi-platinum and underground artists alike including Neneh Cherry, Martina Topley-Bird, Stereo MCs, Nightmares On Wax, Andreya Triana, Foreign Beggars and Doc Brown to name a few. Tommy's music was playlisted on Radio 1 and featured on MTV, Soccer AM, Skins and "Kidulthood." He has also supported and performed with De La Soul, Common and Corinne Bailey-Rae as well as the godfather of hip hop, DJ Kool Herc. Tommy can even count Rio Ferdinand and Kylie as fans and has had his voice sampled by the late, great J Dilla! More recently, Tommy Evans has made a name for himself as a published writer, spoken word artist and filmmaker earning a PhD in the process! Tommy has shelled down numerous stages including indigo at The O2, The Jazz Cafe, Apple (Regent Street flagship store), Black Lily (Philadelphia, USA) and Elysses Montmarte (Paris) as well as exhibiting at the Royal Festival Hall plus lecturing at Cambridge University!
