Lawrence 'Krash' Akpan is a Rapper/Producer based in Orlando, FL and Chicago, IL. He moved to Chicago in 1997 when he was 13 years old. He grew up listening to a diverse mix of music, including Afrobeats, Reggae, classical and Blues. After completing his service in the military he decided to join a higher institution to better understand the art of recording. Krash headed for Orlando, Florida where he enrolled in the prestigious Full Sail University. There he gained real world knowledge of the entertainment industry and earned a Masters degree. The rapping bug bit Krash in 2015, and he is demonstrating his vocal versatility by working on his first studio album "A Rebel With A Cause" These days, Krash lives in the studio, honing his expressive hip-hop chops. Art imitates life, and Krash prospects to use his artistry to emulate a more positively minded global community.
