This project was produced and written by NIRVANA NOKWE in the dusty streets of Malvern. It's travelled to many places, a polished diamond now, but may we never forget its roots. Much love to Marilyn & Tu Nokwe. Much love to Patty Masuku & Alfred Nokwe. This project is intimate, truthful and, quite literally, out of this world with ethereal sounds rooted in a deep love for the astrology and the sounds of AmaZulu. This is dedicated to the modern day intellectualised dreamer, reflecting the complexities of life and their place in the world. I also want my beautiful niece and nephews Biko, Papino and Manna to know that the stars they reach are within their roots. This is the beginning of a genre, a sound called COSMIC. Transcend with it.
