Manasse, a young Franco-Congolese girl, has decided to lend her support to Nafissatou Diallo, by singing. 'In Africa we sing the news, ' said Manasse', 22. The African singer and dancer has sent her reggae performance from Paris to New York. The song, 'Nafissatou', (We Stand By You), is a message of community solidarity for hope and equality. The recording and clip were made in a Parisian studio by the Afro-American producer Shakar Mutela, a multi-instrumentalist and composer who has worked with top artists such as Carlos Santana.
