A: Wonder Sauna - Move that Body - Original Mix Wonder Sauna Bio Wonder Sauna (real name Kian Rayment), is a Producer/DJ and accomplished musician hailing from Exeter in the UK. Now based in London, he is heating it up as a producer with has tracks coming out on DeepDownDirty, Manyoma Records and previously with Not My Fault Records in France where he is occasionally seen playing a set in Paris at Le Batofar and Le 45 Tours.
