Kekra is a rapper from Hauts-de-Seine (92) who never shows his face. He officially started his career in 2015 and quickly became known in the French media thanks to a music combining nonchalant flow and melodic virtuosity. From his first music video titled "C Kom Sa", he cultivates the mystery around his personality by appearing masked on the screen. This track went beyond hundreds of thousands of views at a fast pace and served as an introduction to his first mixtape, Freebase, Vol. 01. Beyond his music, Kekra stands out for his productivity. In the space of four years, he released no less than nine projects, including two trilogies: Freebase and Vreel. Among these, several bursts of light, both visual and sound, will allow him to anchor his uniqueness in the landscape of French rap. This is the case with songs "Pas joli", his first real hit, featured on the album Vreel, then more recently with the single from his eponymous album Vrealite, featuring the rapper Niska. Over the course of his career, the Courbevoisien has developed the originality of his character and his music by drawing his influences from England from which he borrows his UK Garage, Grime or even 2-step sounds. . With millions of views accumulated on clips shot all over the world (Japan, Thailand, Jamaica, Miami ...), and twenty sold-out concerts across France, Kekra still has many surprises in store for this new year with a return to the fundamentals which should delight his FC supporters.
