On "Love Bite", the debut EP offering from Hugo Pooe, he compares his past relationships to an infectious mutation, one that changed him, as if bitten by a ghoul and drained of his blood. His experiences led him to explore the flawed power dynamics of his relationships, how one always drains the other; passing the toxic traits of his past lovers from one victim to another
