1. Leavin' U Feat Ricky Tyler Leaving you is about a past relationship where I was cheated on multiple times. The song is about reaching a point in that relationship where I had to pick me over my love for him because it was never going to work. It's for everyone that's in similar situations where you feel that love should outweigh everything this person does but it honestly, sometimes love isn't enough. If you know you want and deserve more then you have to believe you'll find it elsewhere. 2. Andisoze Andisoze is all about love in its purest form and choosing it above all else. It's focused on a romantic relationship that is both healthy and full of growth for both parties. A relationship and a love that chooses you no matter the circumstances over and over again. This was the first time I'd ever attempted to write something in my mother tongue and was definitely surprised at how it came out! I've always loved without borders and this song embodies that. I'm always honest with my intentions so when I said I'll never hurt you and I'll never let you down in the song I meant every word. 3. A.T.F.S Same was written when I was 18 about a past friendship. People always that friendship breakups are worse than romantic breakups and I believe that that's the truth. I think the scariest part is now knowing whether after a split someone will spread the secrets you told them in confidence in spite or not. I was constantly asking questions of what I did wrong for them to leave so abruptly especially after I was there for this person through so much. It also hurt more because they were there for some of my toughest months in matric then just left, I felt I had lost my support and my crutch but now I look back on at and believe that we really had to split in order to grow and mature in our own paths and our on callings. I don't ever regret getting close to this person though cause that defeats the purpose of the lesson!
