UNO Stereo
UNO Stereo is the genre-bending alter-ego of Australian record producer Nic Martin. His growing catalogue of collaborations both in Australia and internationally most notably includes production on Khalid's Cold Blooded from the critically acclaimed debut album,Teenage Dream. The latest single Keep Up, featuring Chicago rapper Mari & frequent collaborator Majerle, evokes nostalgia for a long gone era of early-90s jazz inspired hip hop with added elements of forward thinking future-soul sounds. This sublime combo gives listeners a familiar yet fresh sound that further cements UNO Stereo as one to watch. Another recent offering is Just 2, a collaboration with Ottawa native Maurice Moore which again highlights UNO's undoubtable ability to deliver grooves that have a home on dance floors and in bedrooms alike. UNO's 2016 single, GOT U featuring Melbourne vocalist Majerle, has clocked over 1 million plays on Spotify and garnered significant interest from Triple J.
