Raffaela was born in Smithtown, NY and was raised in the small town of Sayville, New York on Long Island. At an early age it was obvious Raffaela wanted to be a performer; she could sing before she could talk. Raffaela has formal education and training with the Berkshire Theatre Group and the CAP 21 acting conservatory. She graduated from Long Island Performing Arts and Technical High School. She also attended Sarah Lawrence College, where she studied liberal arts and performance as the only freshman in her year to be accepted into senior and graduate-level courses. She has received training at the studios of Susan Batson and Ivana Chubbuck. Raffaela has been involved in over 50 community and regional theatrical productions as an actress and singer. She also wrote and starred in the short film "Taking A Chance on Love" in 2014, which was nominated for best short film at Dances With Kidz (2015) and an audience choice award at the Hollywood & Vine Film Festival (2015). Her first single with InRage Entertainment "Hurricane" features SNL cast member Chris Redd and won awards at the Hollywood & Vine Film Festival. Her 2nd single "I Love Me" is featured in the film "Reach".
