NZ Hip Hop breakout artist Tom Francis reflips YK's underground hit 'Hooligan', now also featuring as an additional vocalist on the reworked track. Tom Francis' previous single 'What I'm Made For' has spent roughly 4 months on Spotify's "A1 Hip Hop" playlist, racking up a quarter million streams since release in January. This comes in advance of two MORE new singles from Tom Francis in June, 9th and 30th respectively.
