A young man of multiple talents, Gxlden Child is aptly named because of his involvement in every aspect of the way from rapping, singing, producing and also engineering. As an up and coming artist in the ever-growing music scene of Montreal, Gxld is making a name for himself with a distinguished sound that varies from 'turn up' anthems to slow ballads. Gxld isn't scarred to blur the lines between different genres of music and to bend the rules to his liking with his production and mixing. Gxld is also the mastermind behind the production and engineering for two of the hottest independent artists from his city, Kay Bandz and Enima. He is the executive producer of Enima's first two projects : MMS vol. 1 (ranked in the top 5 album sales on iTunes Canada in its first week) and MMS 1.5. He also mixed his previous project OPN. Gxlden Child is now focusing on himself. Gxld recorded most of this project in LA last year in January after an hurtful breakup, right before the pandemic. He wanted to experiment with new sounds. It is a blend of Cloud Rap and R&B. We can expect at least 2 other Eps before the end of the year.
