Red Bus Music
Nikki Dumag a singer/songwriter from the Philippines, was born on the 15th of January 1996. She came from a family of musicians but was shy and intimated by the astonishing talent of her siblings and relatives in singing and playing instruments, so she engaged herself more in dancing and academics. However, when she was 13 years old she could no longer keep herself locked inside so she learned how to play a guitar and piano on her own and was able to write original songs ever since. She kept on writing songs and learning new instruments, such as piano, ukulele, violin, bass, and drums, without being exposed until it was 2010 when the band of her two brothers joined a competition. A few days before the battle, one of her brothers, who was the vocalist of the band, have had an emergency so she was sent as a vocalist substitute. They won the competition and then had plenty of bookings for the band and for her as a solo artist ever since; winning battle of the bands and song-writing competitions side by side. In 2015, she joined a Music for Peace Ambassadors Music camp where she wrote peace songs for an organization called Teach Peace Build Peace Movement, and recorded one of her songs called "Give Peace A Chance" with a notable alumni of the national TV show "Pinoy Dream Academy," RJ Jimenez. Also being featured on radio stations and performing with national artists.
