Mhost Likely
The rising producer from Bergen, Kamuflars, makes his debut on Mhost Likely Green (in collab with Jungelen). The singles, "Guinea Pig" and "Sumfin", are a two-tracker of sunlit house jams for your body and soul - foolproof for the early hours on the dancefloor. Each track is accompanied with remixes by Deep House and East Coast (Norway) sensation, Henrik Villard and West Coast (Norway), housemaster Reidar Bruun. "Guinea Pig" dives straight in with a lush house groover that spirals into the summer sky, knit together by a spectrum of broken beats, different patterns of warm synth smattering and a splash of the good stuff! The remix, made by Reidar Brun, continues the warm journey into a more dreamy soundscape filled with ravey synth and vocal workout. "Sumfin" follows up with a melancholy adventure riding over a hint of optimism that breaks out in pure Jersey synth galore. One for the journey back home after a night of raving. On the flip, Henrik Villard has made a slowed-down, deep house remix that will have you swinging in no time.
