Catch Up is an Afro-Dancehall tune off the O.U.A.G.I.A EP with very catchy melodies, basslines and chilled out percussions. The song sung in English and the Kenyan language "Swahili", sends a warning to the East African beauty who is told to be strong, hardworking, humble in order to win the African man's heart, attributes that are nearly extinct in women. In a world where millennial African women seem to be more taken by the easy route in romance, the song aims at pointing them towards what men want in a woman these days.
