ABSOLUTE VALENTINE has created music for the horror movie "THE SUMMONER" which is available on Amazon Prime Video, and participated as a Drive Radio Guest in the John Carpenter narrated synthwave documentary The Rise of the Synths. SUPPORT SO FAR: New Retro Wave, Metal Sucks, Drive Radio, Retro Synthwave +++ Marketing Plan: Pre-Save video campaign across sponsored post on social media with a 500 euros budget. 60 days before the release date, we will launch a presave/presale campaign but we will emphasize it with a contest, 10 subscribers will be able to win an autographed photo. We will also focus on a press release campaign, looking for premiere in blog and magazine. 30 days before the release date, we will amplify the presave/presale campaign with another contest, this time one entrant will win the Absolute Valentine discography in cd version, they will also have to subscribe, share a link, tag absolute valentine and use the #brokenmatrix 15 days before the release date a new video trailer will be published and we will sponsor it across sponsored post on social media with a 250 euros budget. On the release date the final link will be published, we will inform our 10 000 mailing list customers, we will also do another social media campaign and promote the release with another 100 euros. At the same time we will also use Submit Hub to promote the track and push the playlist factor. 2 weeks after the release we will create another contest but this time people will be able to win an Arturia Synthesizer signed by Absolute Valentine. Absolute Valentine is a semi-masked cyberpunk synthwave musician known for his retro-futuristic electronic music and dark industrial sounds. Created in 2015, AV gained recognition as a pioneer of the synth-wave genre after being heavily inspired by '80s culture, movies, TV, video games, and cartoons. His popularity exploded when he released his debut album "Police Heartbreaker" in 2016 on Lazerdiscs Records, which climbed high in the Top Dance/Electronic Albums rankings and has accumulated over 10 million streams today. With his next full-length, Omega, released in 2019, his approach evolved into a more aggressive, cyberpunk-influenced direction. AV is born in Marseille in 1979, where he started learning piano at a young age, later he switched to guitar. He began writing his own songs with a metal band and quickly became interested in synthesizers & studio gear, soon he realized he was ready to go on a solo venture. Marseille is a violent city, which inspires his aesthetic concept and electro cyberpunk style. He began his career in 2015 with "Sunset Love," a smooth retro-synthwave EP that was published in a limited edition of vinyl, CDs, and cassettes by Lazerdiscs Records. After his next two albums, in 2019, he clearly shifted his sound to something cyberpunk and violent with his first collaboration, "DNA War," which may have been utilized in the series LOVE, DEATH, + ROBOTS. That same year, AV participated as a Drive Radio Guest in the John Carpenter-narrated synthwave documentary The Rise of the Synths. The next year, AV teamed with Powernerd to produce "Cyber Ravage," an electro-industrial hit. AV also performed live and has shared the stage with CARPENTER BRUT, DANGER, LITTLE BIG, ANORAAK, WAVESHAPER, ROBERT PARKER, THE TOXIC AVENGER, and many more.
