I started writing the vocals and chord progression for this song last Spring. I was really stressed out at the time due to my college schedule and other things getting in my head, and music was my outlet. Then I spent a little while trying to find the right vocals for it, and nothing worked until I recorded my girlfriend and she nailed it. This song is pretty special to me and I hope some of the emotion shows through.
