Dounz' first song 'Boss' is about being trapped in unrequited feelings to a girl, but from the view of a dependent stalker. He tells the emotions you experience when you are in love with someone who doesn't care about you at all, although that girl is having excessive fun with other people and treating and exploiting you like a minor person. She's your boss.
