One year after the success of NEPTUNE TERMINUS, Youssoupha is back with a two-part reissue of his project NEPTUNE TERMINUS: ORIGINS. This additional opus of 10 titles is nothing other than the prequel to the original album retracing its mission preceding NEPTUNE TERMINUS. This represents the allegory of its starting point, its purpose and its artistic context. It is through the title ASTRONAUT that we plunged into the universe of NEPTUNE TERMINUS, Youssoupha then strolling in a spacesuit in the streets of Abidjan. The NEPTUNE TERMINUS: ORIGINES reissue is carried by the title AMAPIANO. This title is part of an adventure, a starting attempt with "Polaroid experience" and "BAGARRER": That of democratizing African rhythms and sounds in Europe. And for good reason, this title initiates the Amapiano genre in France. Amapiano is a style of house music that emerged in South Africa in 2012. Amapiano is a hybrid of deep house, jazz and lounge music characterized by synths, airy pads, broad percussive bass lines, keyboards inspired by gospel and traditional percussion. This title therefore establishes a statement, that of a Youssoupha assumed like Kanye West African. To accompany his return to Earth, he called on Georgio, Benjamin Epps and Lino.
