Coventry based producer Daniel Brooks returns to the label to finish what he started with his Aguasonic EP. "Aguasonic 2" delivers a similar atmospheric house vibe, with the undeniable groove we've come to expect from Mr Brooks. The first track, "Day Off", lays down the atmospheric vibe from the get go with a dreamy pad and synth combo taking centre stage before the track develops into a funky roller with Daniel Brooks' trademark tight percussion. Close your eyes and tap your feet to this one. "I Know" is the second track on this EP. A measured musical journey with a stripped back feel and short vocal samples all carried along with an infectious bass and lead synth that give off a dark and foreboding feel. Perfect for opening sets when you are just starting to get into your groove.
