Bad 4 U is the first single from Phiwo since the release of her debut EP, Letters. Phiwo teams up with Adrienne Foo, to confront and let go of the boys that are bad for them. This is not the first time the duo joins forces. In May 2021 they brought us NMBRS and now they are back, and this time fed up with the men in their lives. Bad 4 U brings the listener into the different conversations had by the two couples. Adrienne is in a space of confrontation as she addresses her partner. She knows exactly what he's been up to, and she refuses to take it any longer. Phiwo on the other hand just wants to feel important. She has been though enough and her partner knows that, but he still chooses to put her second. Both women know that these men will not change, and this song is their final conversation with them.
