"Think about soulful music - songs by Erykah Badu, Tribe Called Quest, Fela Kuti; tracks that've been infused with unrelenting energy for life. Combine those earthly influences with a British accent and you've got The Age Of L.U.N.A" - Noisey Kyote Noir, hailing from Southall, West London, has already won the support from trendsetting music platforms, not to mention a label deal and enviable fanbase. He has a vision to accomplish much more though, and Bape is a story of aspiration and longing. Kyote recalls "I remember just sitting there while Miguel made the beat and thinking about things that made me happy as a kid. Of course, it was the things that I couldn't afford and/or parents weren't willing to buy me just down to morals and parents being parents; so seeing these things was all eye candy to me. Around this time I was thinking back to my childhood and I remember just spazzing in my front room screaming I just want some BAPE!"
