Wilson Delias was born in Léogâne (a coastal commune in Ouest Department of Haiti) on September 3, 1986. In high school, Wilson acquired the name, "Delianov", merging his last name with "love". Delianov is a vocalist who sings in Haitian Creole (his native language) as well as French and English. He is unique in the way he blends the musical styles of Haitian Roots, Rhythm & Blues, Soul, Jazz, Reggae & Hip Hop into a sound all his own. As a performer, Delianov captivates the audience with his satin-smooth voice and fluid dance skills. In 2010, Delianov won second place at the Peace Tones music competition in Haiti and continues to be renowned in media as "The Haitian artist who inspires many through his lyrics". His words are magical. In 2015, Delianov received a service award from the New York City Council for his "Outstanding Support to the Community" at the Haitian Flag Day event in Brooklyn NY.
