Extracted from the vast catalog on Euforisk and via a series of releases on Full Pupp, Mhost Likely White series presents assumably the label's most distinctive release yet from the mysterious belowground persona, SGurvin. The EP comes complete with a remix from Ideophone Record's own Julie Silset and Rudi Valdersnes and two remixes from braindance master Marius Bakke. Branching from the online world through several puristic drum-programmed experiments, this two-track debut is a pure tour de force in experimental, rhythmic-infused, raw techno filled with soul. The undulating 808 and 909 underpins the overtly spectral sound design canvas deployed across the EP; from the percussive Jeff Mills esq drum programming in 'NTNL' to the erratic mood shift in 'drumring'.
